April 2 Live rock concert with Mägo de Oz in Los Alcázares
Free entertainment at the main fairground of Los Alcázares
The annual Berber Pirate Raids fiestas begin in Los Alcázares on Thursday 2nd April and one of the highlights of the first evening is this concert given by Mägo de Oz at midnight in the main fairground.
Mägo de Oz have achieved great success over a number of years with their formula of metal blended with folk and Celtic influences, with lead vocalist Rafa Blas heading up hits such as ‘Fiesta Pagana’, ‘Molinos de viento’, ‘La costa del silencio’ and ‘Hasta que el cuerpo aguante’. The group formed as long ago as 1988 and to this day still use a violinist and a flautist in their performances.
Admission to the concert is completely free of charge.
