Medical centre in Playa Honda on the shore of the Mar Menor
The small medical centre in Playa Honda is located in the row of yellow apartment blocks on the northern end of Avenida Julieta Orbaiceta (see map), although it is not visible from the main street as the entrance is on 
the other side of the building. The chemist’s is located on the same square onto which the medical centre backs.
The medical centre only opens in summer.
The closest hospitals are the Santa Lucía just outside Cartagena and Los Arcos in the outskirts of San Javier, the first of which is under 20 minutes’ drive away and the second under half an hour: click for further information on the hospitals of the Region of Murcia.
